What this is about

Responsible AI has become a slogan, which is a problem, because a slogan is the one thing nobody has to act on. Everyone agrees AI should be fair, safe, and transparent. Far fewer can tell you who signs off when it is not.

The real work is less about principles and more about accountability: where a system can cause harm, who is answerable when it does, and what has to be in place before it ships rather than after. Those are not philosophical questions. They are operational ones.

This class is about the practical version of responsibility — how to see where the risk actually lives, how to build the checks that catch it, and how to keep a human meaningfully in charge of the decisions that matter.

Who it is for

Leaders and teams deploying AI who will be the ones answering for it when something goes wrong.

Inside the Masterclass

What You'll Take Away

Where the risk really is

Harm rarely comes from the dramatic failures people picture. It comes from quiet ones — bias baked into the data, a confident answer nobody checked.

Accountability over intentions

Good values do not govern a system. Naming who is answerable, and for what, is the part that actually changes behavior.

Keeping a human in charge

How to design the point where a person can still say no — and make sure that point is not merely decorative.
